News: Bungie's Gift to a Sick Kid
Reddit user fiscal_ reached out on the forums two weeks ago, asking if anyone had contact info for Bungie, the original team behind the Halo series. His young son was a huge Halo fan, but more importantly he was recovering from an intense liver transplant surgery, and fiscal_ wanted to cheer him up with something from his favorite franchise. Bungie delivered.
Bungie sent over a full-size replica of Carter’s helmet from Halo: Reach for fiscal_’s son to keep, along with a t-shirt and a card signed by Bungie staff wishing him well. “My family can’t thank Bungie enough,” fiscal_ wrote. “I know that they have had a huge impact on how well my son has been recovering after his surgery.”

"This is my youngest child and Sailor Moon fan extraordinaire Mia. She's loved Sailor Moon since before she could talk, and has been wishing for a Sailor Moon related costume for a long time. Each year the kiddies take turns choosing a special costume for their daddy and I to work on. This year it was Mia's turn. She loves Sailor Saturn and purple so it seemed like a good match. My husband made her Silence Glaive so that Sailor Saturn would be able to slash through the hoards of Zombies and killer Clowns and leave chaos in her wake."

Kids: Once Upon a Time
Here is photographer Wendi Riggens’ recent fairytale-themed photo shoot of a 9-month-old girl, Maddie. The series is entitled “Once Upon a Time,” and it features Maddie wearing the outfits of characters from famous Disney movies, including Cinderella, Alice, Wendy, and Snow White.
