Tutorial: Weeping Angel

The Replica Prop Forum has a tutorial on how to make your own Weeping Angel costume out of foamcore posterboad. In case you did't know, the weeping angels are the villain from what may well be the greatest episode of Doctor Who ever written, "Blink."  However, the costume would still be creepy as hell even if you hadn't seen the episode. The tutorial was written by Penwiper, who also foam armor tutorial that most people use cosplayers use.
