I found this amazing Lara Croft cosplay gallery shot by photographer Christoph Gerlach. That jaw-dropping model is Lena-Lara, who has an entire website devoted to her Lara Croft cosplay (deservingly so). Evidently, she's German because these photos were taken in Berlin, Germany.
