The Mechanics of Style by Olaf Mueller
Olaf Mueller shot Laura Weyel for a "Mechanics of Style" editorial for the March 2012 issue of Hong Kong’s Baccarat Magazine. Evidently, in Hong Kong, everyone who's anyone has their own personal Master Chief.

Props: Halo First Aid Kit
HALO First Aid Kit by Shawn Thorsson
Via: Make
Not only is this a spot-on replica — it actually serves as a first aid kit.
So the other day (which was a Wednesday in this case) I was suffering from some time alone with my macabre imagination and decided that I needed my first aid kit to be more visible and readily accessible. Maybe even have a couple of them hanging on the wall(s) in the workshop so that, in the heat of the moment, a panic-stricken person within inches of death can see their salvation shining back at them and know that everything will be okay.

Weapons: Halo Sniper Rifle
This is the Sniper Rifle System 99 Anti-Matériel was used by the UNSC Army during the Fall of Reach. It's not 100% LEGO, but it's close enough. A dowel rod was used to support the barrel and custom waterslide decals were applied to its exterior. Overall, the riffle is is 5'3" (1.60m) long, and apparently, very heavy.
It features a sliding bolt, a removable magazine, and a trigger that can really be pulled. Read an in-depth feature on the riffle at The Brothers Brick.
